Plant Material Warranty All materials and workmanship are guaranteed 12 months from installation, excluding sod, annuals and groundcovers.

Hardscape Warranty All materials are guaranteed under the manufacturer's warranty, and workmanship is guaranteed 12 months from installation.Pearl Landscaping Design's warranty does not include discoloration of concrete based materials.

Irrigation Warranty All materials are guaranteed 2 years from installation, and workmanship is guaranteed 12 months from installation, contingent upon proper system winterization, start up, and maintenance.

Brick Paving Warranty All materials and workmanship are guaranteed 36 months from installation, excluding discoloration of concrete products.

Water Feature Warranty All materials are guaranteed under the manufacturer's warranty, and workmanship is guaranteed 12 months from installation, contingent upon proper system winterization, start up and maintenance.

Landscape Lighting Warranty All materials are guaranteed under the manufacturer's warranty, and workmanship is guaranteed 12 months from installation.

Subcontract Warranty All materials and labor are guaranteed by the subcontractor under the specific subcontractor's warranty for the service provided.
